mRECIST & RECIST 1.1 Tumor Response Calculator

Accurately evaluate treatment response for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and solid tumors. Computes percentage change in viable contrast-enhancing tumor burden, tracks up to 5 target lesions, and provides instant overall response classification (CR, PR, SD, PD).

📋 Case Details (Optional for Synoptic Report)
🎯 Target Lesions Evaluation (Max 5 Lesions, Max 2 Per Organ)

Enter longest diameter of viable (arterially enhancing) tumor in millimeters (mm). Enter 0 if completely absent.

Understanding mRECIST vs. RECIST 1.1 Criteria in Oncology

In targeted and locoregional cancer therapies (such as Transarterial Chemoembolization [TACE], Yttrium-90 Radioembolization [SIRT], and tyrosine kinase inhibitors like Sorafenib / Lenvatinib), conventional RECIST 1.1 based solely on morphological lesion diameter often misclassifies tumor response. Effective anti-angiogenic and embolization therapies cause extensive central necrosis without immediate reduction in overall lesion size.
